1) What is the difference between the levels?
There are more variety of symbols in each subsequent levels. The maximum number is 13. Also, the speed of the fall of the symbol will be higher as you go up the levels.
2) What is the good strategy to win?
The best strategy is to make up your mind from the very beginning as to which type of symbol you will turn the bottom row into. Usually, if you start the game when there are two symbols with the same orientation on the bottom row, then you should turn the row into that type of symbol with that orientation. If there are no similarity, then look at the queue (the column at the right where you see all the coming symbols), and choose the one that has the highest frequency.
Usually, the higher the level, the more difficult it is to make that decision early. You have to pay some attention to the queue. But most of your focus should be on the topmost symbol of each column of shadows.
Once you have decided which symbol to turn to, drop all unwanted symbols into the "settled" symbols. The goal is to leave an empty column for the desired symbol to settle to the bottom. Once a column is filled with the desired symbol, that column can be used to fill all your unwanted symbols.
